5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the purchase date to return items. No returns or exchanges are possible after this period.
Return Criteria
For a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We can’t accept returns for perishables, intimate items, or opened alcoholic beverages.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health items cannot be returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt is needed for all returns. Don’t send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds Possible
Partial refunds may apply for items showing signs of use, or if returned beyond 5 days.
Refund Process
Once we inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Late Refunds
If your refund is delayed, check your bank and contact us if needed at our email address or send us a message.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
Exchanges

Gifts
Gifts receive a gift credit upon return; otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Local Delivery Only
We offer local delivery in the Denver metro area and nearby regions. No long distance, Out-of-State shipping or shipping returns.
